Estimates
Estimates: Yes, for any job over $500; a $89 service call fee otherwise, waived if you book the work. A written price holds for 30 days.
What can change your price
A quoted price can change for these reasons: Code problems we find behind walls, priced and shown before we continue.
Permits, disposal and cleanup
We pull every permit and schedule the inspection; cleanup is included.
Payment
Payment methods and deposits: Card, check or financing. 50% deposit on jobs over $2,000. When payment is due: Due when the inspection passes, or the same day for repairs.
Before we start
Clear the area around your panel and let us know about pets.
Workmanship warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 2 years. Transfer and exclusions: Not transferable. Does not cover damage from storms or other trades.
Material and manufacturer warranties
Manufacturer warranties on panels and fixtures, registered for you.
Insurance claims
What we do on insurance claims: For storm and surge damage: we document and write the repair scope for the adjuster.
Cancellation
Free to cancel before materials are ordered.
