How we handle your information.
Effective October 7, 2026. Written in plain language — call (727) 555-0163 if anything here needs explaining.
What we collect
The details you give us when you call, text or send a form: your name, phone number, email, address and what you need done. When we work for you, we also keep job notes, photos and copies of estimates and invoices.
How we use it
To reply to you, give you a price, schedule and do the work, send invoices and keep a record of the jobs we have done. We do not sell your information.
Calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number, you agree that Bayside Electric may call or text you about your request or your job: replies to your request, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates and invoices, and one request for a review after your job. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
Companies that help us run the business — for example the services that send our texts and emails, store our records or take payments — only as much as they need to do that work. Your insurance company, when you ask us to help with a claim. A financing company, if you choose to apply for financing through us. Anyone else only with your permission, or where the law requires it. We never sell your phone number, and we never share it or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.
Photos of your property
We may show photos of finished work on this site and in our ads (finished work only. Never house numbers). Tell us if you would rather we did not use photos of your job, and we will not.
How long we keep records
Seven years.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Contact: Nora Patel, nora@baysideelectricfl.com.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
